Overview
We stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our items and to maintain competitive pricing, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
We only accept returns and provide remedies for products that are proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
Conditions for a Defective Product Return
A product is considered defective if it has a flaw in its manufacturing or is damaged before or during shipment.
Eligibility: Only products that are defective or substantially damaged are eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Time Limit: The customer must notify us of the defect within 14 days of receiving the product. Notifications received after this period may not be eligible for a remedy.
Proof Required: The customer must provide clear photographic or video evidence demonstrating the defect or damage when submitting a return request.
Original Condition: The defective product must be returned in its original packaging (if possible) and must be shipped back before a replacement or refund is processed.
Return Procedure for Defective Products
Contact Us: To initiate a return for a defective product, please contact our customer service team at info@bw3ddesigns.co.uk or fill out our Returns Form below.
Provide Details: In your message, include your Order Number, a description of the defect, and the required photographic or video evidence.
Return Authorization: If the defect is confirmed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send the product back. Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused.
Shipping: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for confirmed defective items.
Inspection and Resolution: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
If approved, we will offer either a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement of the defective product, based on availability and your preference.
Exclusions (Non-Defective Products)
The following conditions do not qualify as a defect and are therefore not eligible for return or refund:
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish that are inherent to the manufacturing process.
Damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear after the product has been successfully received.
Products returned because the customer changed their mind or ordered the wrong item/size.
Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
